Method:

Marinate 1/2 kg fish fillets in salt 1 lemon juice and 5green chilli paste and set aside 1/2 hour n steam....


Sauce:

Take very little of olive oil just enough to fry 1o flakes of chopped garlic when fried add 4 tabspoon of maida fry bit add 1 glass of water and mix well see no lump formed add 1 glass of milk 1 spoon oregano required salt bring to boil it becomes thick off gas in a serving dish set fish pieces n pour sauce while serving
