Paneer Schezwan

Paneer Schezwan - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Recipe:

Cut paneer into cubes.. prepare batter of 2 tbsp cornflour with ginger + garlic + green chillies + salt ( Paste ) mix in the paneer ... just shallow fry with 2 tbsp oil in batches n keep aside.. In another kadai heat 2 tbsp oil n fry onions n capsicums cut into cubes.. retain the crispiness add Ching's schezwan sauce ( 4 tbsp ) , 1 tbsp cornflour mixed in 1/4 cup water when it boils add the fried paneer cubes mix well so that the masala is coated evenly...
