Kulcha

Kulcha - Suman Bhat

Recipe : 

2&1/2 Cups Maida .3tbsp curds , milk 1tbsp , 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp Baking soda ,warm water ,2tsp water oil and ghee .Makke into soft dough and let to ferment for 6-8 hours.Make balls like chapati and fry on tawa with ghee or oil .I have garnished the bailed rotis with corriander leave and then fried u can add garlic /green chilles and also try I realized only after I tried it this way
