Palak Paneer Rolls - Ananya Ashwin Pai
Recipe: take a palak leaf. cut off the stem. and keep aside. now cut the paneer lenghty wise and keep on the palak. sprinkle some chilli powder, salt and chat masala and roll it. seal the end with besan batter (besan, salt, chilli powder, hing). then dip the rolls in batter and deep fry them.. enjoy with any dip
