RECIPE:

Chop 1cup chundephal in half... apply salt and keep aside for 15 mins and then drain the water and deep fry them till brown in colour and keep aside...grind a cup of coconut,red chillies & haldi into fine paste adding water.....then boil this mixture nicely add water if required then add the fried chundephal and salt in it and boil and off the flame ..then mix 1/3 cup of curd in it need not boil after adding curd ..just heating is enough...if u have lumps in the curd then grind it in mixer a little and then add to the gravy.....if its too sour add the curd little ..give phann with rai,methi seeds ,jeera and curry leaves...if u feel spicyness is less u can add red chilli pow while boiling....u can also replace chundaphal with bendi,karathe for the same recipe
