Brinjal Fritters

Brinjal Fritters - Prathibha Maller

You will need... One green or purple Brinjal/eggplant Add hing powder, haldi powder, chilli powder, salt powder, rice powder....make a paste with water for semi-liquid consistency. On the cooking pan, smear oil..each fritter on a cooking tava to get roasted. Roast on both sides till cooked.
