Bisibelebath

Recipe:
In a little oil, roast red chillies.. n remove.. in the same oil roast 4 tsp of coconut n remove now roast coriander seeds, methi seeds, cinnamon, 1 tsp urid dal, 1 tsp chana dal, marata moggu, ... when cool grind to a fine pd... Cook toor dal ( 1/2 cup ) Boil water add 1 cup rice n vegs..( Like carrots, beans, knol knol , fresh tender groundnut , peas etc.. ) n cook till done.. now add cooked toordal, salt the masala pd.. n tamarind extract...season with ample amount of ghee , mustard seeds, curry leaves , green chillies n cashew bits
