Tomato Curry

Tomato Curry - Suresh Sawant

Tomato 2 /3 chopped
Red chilly Powder 2 t spoons or as req
Kashmiri chilly Powder qtr t spoon or as req
Corriander powder 1 t spoon
Make a paste of all above items with tomatoes .Keep aside.

Garlic petals 4 / 5
Ginger 1 small pce
Onion 1 med chopped
Green Corriander little
B peeper 3 / 4
Jeera half t spoon
Coconut fresh grated 1 cup
Turmeric Powder little
Now make a paste of all above items .

Salt and sugar as per taste
Tempering of
Hing Jeera rai curry leaves
Red dry chillies few methi seeds

Now in a thick bottom pot add oil and heat it
Add tadaka items and fry a little
Add tomato paste and saute till the oil separates
Now add onioncoconut paste and saute till the rawness ends
Now add hot water as required salt sugar tomato slices
Wait till it reaches to a boil .
Now put gas on sim
Let it be cooked for 4 / 5 minutes more.
Now remove from gas. Garnish with green Corriander and serve hot
