Cucumber n Sprouted Moong Kosambari with Pomogrante - Shyamala Shenoy

: In a bowl , take 1 cucumber cut into small pieces, 1 palmful of
sprouted moong , 1 palmful of pomogranate seeds. Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 2
tsp grated coconut , salt to taste n finely chopped coriander leaves..
Season this with mustard seeds, red chillies n curry leaves. Mix well,
while mixing crush red chillies. This makes the dish spicy n flavorful
