Kadai Paneer

Kadai Paneer - Nandini KIni

INGREDIENTS:
200 gms paneer cut into cubes
1/2 cup boiled green peas (optional)
2 finely chopped onions
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder(adjust it accg. to your taste)
1 tsp kasuri methi(dry fenugreek leaves)
5 tsp oil
1/2 cup milk
For masala:
Grind 1 onion chopped 2 tomatoes chopped 3 tsp fresh grated coconut and 8-10 cashew nuts
For garnishing:Chopped coriander leaves and fresh cream

PROCEDURE:
In a pan heat oil and saute chopped onion till it becomes translucent
Add ginger garlic paste and fry
Put all the spices and fry for 2 minutes
Add masala and fry till oil leaves the sides
Add boiled green peas,paneer cubes,kasuri methi and salt to taste and mix well
Add milk and little water and make it boil
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and fresh cream
Serve hot with roti ,naan or any rice of your choice!!
