Recipe :
boil the kashmiri chillies in water n make fine paste with 2-3 garlic. In a pan add oil chopped garlic n chopped ginger sauté it then add the red chilli paste till the raw smell goes. Add the Veggies of ur choice cook till they are done.then add tomato ketchup soya sauce n little vinegar. .sauté it finally add cornflour mixed in water salt n sauté in high flame..
