CHICKEN URVAL - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Marinate 1 kg chicken wid ginger garilc paste,lil turmeric powder n salt.keep aside.Grind fried red long chillis 20 nos+ 8flakes garlic+ 2" ginger n lil tamarind to a smooth paste.
In a pan heat oil,fry lil red long chills+ cashew nuts + lots f curry leaves until it turns crisp.keep aside.
in d same pan add lil oil fry diced onion+ground masala fry till oil floats.nw add marinade chicken pieces.stir well.cover n cook till done.finally garnish wid fried cashew+curry leaves+ red chillis.cook for few minutes.serve hot with Rice or roti..
