Recipe:


Take a kadai...Add enough oil to do the seasoning with mustard,cumin and turmeric powder.Add chopped capsicum and salt,mix well and cook on medium flame by closing the lid.Remove lid add besan little by little and keep missing simultaneously.Close the lid and cook for few more minutes
the dish is ready to serve.In this recipe no water is added while cooking whereas the oil for the seasoning is taken bit more than regular.
