Bengal Gram Panchakajjai

Bengal Gram Panchakajjai - Laxmi Bhandary

Ingredients: 1 pav bengal gram dal, 1 whole coconut gratings, 1 pav sugar, 2 tbsps til seeds & 2 tsps cardamom powder.

Method: Roast bengal gram dal till brown. Grind to a coarse powder. Wash til seeds & roast. Prepare blend by mixing together coconut gratings and sugar. Add til seeds, Add cardamom powder. & dal Mix well.
