Watermelon Sago Pudding - Nutan Shenoy-Kini
For a med size watermelon chopped n blended, add 1 tin condensed milk and Dairy whitener 3/4 of a packet. Blend well.soak 3/4 kg sabudana for an hour. Then boil it well in water till it gets a pearly look. Let it cool. Soak 50 gms sabja in water till it becomes fluffy. Now mix all together and pour in serving bowl or tray. Chill. Deco wid melon pieces n serve.
PS :- I hv added a small piece of beet while boiling sago to retain the colour of watermelon.
Adjust sugar if you prefer it very sweet.
