Ingredients:
1/2 cup sooji/ semolina
4-5 tbsp fresh cream
Finely choppes onions,tomatoes & bell peppers( u can use any veggies of ur choice...mushrooms, baby corns)
Finely chopped green chillies
Salt
Pepper pwdr
Bread slices
Cheese slices
Preparation
Mix veggies, cream, salt, green chillies,pepper pwder in a bowl
Add sooji, adjust the quantity so that the mixture become semi wet (not too wet or dry)
Smear this mixture on the bread slices wit a spoon one at a time
Grease a non stick pan wit sm butter/ oil , place mixture smeared face of the slices first on the pan
Brown evenly on both sides
After removing from the pan, top wit grated cheese or cheese slices or stripped cheese
SOOJI TOASTS WITH CHEESE are ready to be savoured!
Pls note: Apply the mixture on the bread only before placing it in the pan, else they get soggy!
