Simple Rabdi - Shwetha Amit Pai
Ingredients
•Milk : 2 cups
•White bread slices,crustless : 2
•Condensed milk : 1/2 cup
•Sugar 2 tablespoons
•Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
•Pistachios or almonds – For Garnish
Method
Grind the bread slices to a get fresh breadcrumbs. Bring the milk to a boil in a non-stick pan. Add breadcrumbs, condensed milk, sugar and cook, stirring continuously, on medium heat for ten minutes.
Remove from heat, add cardamom powder and mix well. Set aside to cool down to room temperature. Refrigerate for two to three hours and serve chilled. Garnish with Pistachios or Almonds.
