It's not a complete diet- General suggestions. Take juice of 3 sweet limes,5 carrots,12 medium spinach leaves (raw), 2 apples (can avoid cucumber, it's for weight loss), juice of 1 lemon. (You can put everything in blender & drink the thick drink, and replace one meal) Add ( black) salt & pepper.
