Rontos

Recipe

2 cups of Rice flour.Knead the flour with half a teaspoon of salt..Use warm/little hot water...Make small sized balls..Press each ball in between two greased plastic sheets..otherwise it tends to stick...Press it with hand to roll out..or use a flat plate to make like puris..If u r using a plate to flatten the edgeds of the puris with hand..Deep fry..Rontos is usually eaten with thoy (dal) ..The dal is poured over the rotons or by dipping rontos in thoy
