Kulta Chatni Puddi - Anu Nayak
Recipe
1 cup kulitu (Horsegram)
1cup dry coconut (khobre) gratings
few curry leaves
Hing
Chilli powder
Tamarind
Salt
Dry roast horsegram on sim flame.Similarly roast the dry coconut gratings. Add curry leaves and hing and dry roast them too.Add chilli pwd, tamarind & salt & dry grind them.
