Navadhanya Dosa

Navdhaanya Polo: Soak together rice, wheat, chana, green peas, beans, urad, horsegram, moong all in equal quantity for 4to5 hrs. Grind all together with green chillies, red chillies a few peppercorns, hing and curry leaves to a slightly coarse paste. Add salt. Make dosas as usual. 


Batata humaan: Cut potatoes into square pieces. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add coarse chilly powder and hing. Finally add potato pieces , salt and water. Cook till done

Coconut chutney: Grind together coconut ,green chilly and salt
