Kashi Halwa


Kashi Halwa - Prathima Bhandary 

Recipe

Cook 2 cups of grated ashgourd in a pan allow it to be soft (No need to add water as ashgourd discharge water by itself) Then add 3/4 cups sugar and cook again for a few minutes on a low flame. Add some ghee, color, elaichi powder and garnish with cashew nuts
