6 kane cleaned 10 garlic peeled and chopped 10 curry leaves chopped half lemon size tamarind pulp(use 1/2 glass water) 1 spoon chilli powder 1/2 jeera powder 1/2 coriander powder and 1/4 turmeric haldi mix well in tamarind pulp keep aside now take a pan heat 3 table spoon of oil put garlic chopps curry leaves chopps and pour all powders mixed well in tamarind pulp put required salt let it boil now add cleaned fish in gravy let it cook for 2 min now turn other side again 2 to 3 min mean wile gravy also becomes thick its done
