Veg Kurma


Veg Kurma - Laxmi Bhandary 





Ingredients

Carrot 2, potato 1, 1/4 cauliflower, beans few, green chillies 4, 1/2 bunch coriander leaves, 1 cup coconut gratings, 2 small piece cinnamon, 4 garlic cloves, 6 pepper corns, 3 tsps oil and salt to taste.

Method


Wash all the vegetables and cut in to small pieces. Boil in just enough water. Add salt and keep aside. Grind masala using coconut gratings, green chillies (previously roasted with oil), coriander leaves and cinnamon pieces. Before taking out add garlic cloves and pepper corns. Grind for another 2 minutes. Mix masala with cooked vegetables. Boil. Remove from flame. Serve hot with chapathis.
