WHEAT + JOWAR FLOUR,
SPINACH,CORRIANDER LEAVES,FENUGREEK LEAVES
CARROT,PUMPKIN,CAULI FLOWER,POTATO,CORN & PANEER.
CORRIENDER & JEERA POWDER, GINGER & GREEN CHILLY PASTE, SALT TO TASTE
BOIL POTATOS & CHOP ALL VEG SAUTE THE PANEER WITH THE CHOPPED VEG LIGHTLY & STIR IN SOME OF THE SEASONINGS. MAKE A SOFT DOUGH WITH THE 2 FLOURS AND & STIR IN THE REST OF THE CONDIMENTS. ROLL OUT THE ROTIS AND PLACE A BALL OF THE MIX VEG IN THE CENTRE AND ROLL INTO A BALL. NOW ONCE AGAIN PREPARE ROTIS. FRY ON A TAWA & ADD BUTTER.
