Cheese N Coriander Paratha - Vidya Nayak Shenoy


Recipe:

Method : whole wheat atta mixed with full bunch of corinader leaves (Not the stems ), salt n Kitchen king masala pd. Keep aside for 2 hrs. the filling grated cheese, mixed with garam masala pd, crushed green chillies n grated ginger. Now prepare the paratha as v normally do with other parathas .. serve with Mint Chutney.
