Churbure Laddu - Vidya Nayak
Recipe
Kurmura..3 cups
Chikki Jaggery .. 1 cup
Water .. 1/4 cup
Cardamom pwd..1/2 tsp
Ghee..2 big spoons
Method :- In a degchi add the water and jaggery n boil till it gets 1 thread consistency. Stir intermittently. Put off flame. Add ghee, cardamom pwd n kurmura n mix well. Grease palms with ghee n shape into laddoos before it gets cold.
