Bitter Gourd Crispies(Karathe Podi)

Bitter Gourd Crispies(Karathe Podi) - Nisha Baliga Shenoy
Recipe:
Cut Karela ( Bitter gourd ) into thin roundels
Add chilli pd , salt , coriander pd , rice flour, pinch haldi pd.
Mix well. Roll this in rice flour .
Immediately deep fry in hot oil .
Dont keep for too long as it leaves water and loses crispness.
Njoy warm.
