Recipe
Smash the boiled and peeled potatoes ,add garlic ginger green chilli paste,dhania jeera pow,garam masala,aamchoor ,salt a pinch sugar and 2/3 bread slices dipped in water.Make it like the pattice mix and place on the baby corn in shape of a cone ice cream .Dip in mixture of maida n corn flr and deep fry.It doesn't soak much oil as I noticed...very tasty....
