Kodbale - Pratibha Rao

Two bowls chiroti rava.
2 tbsp butter.
Salt. Just enough water to bind the dough. .. Neither to soft nor too hard.
Roast the rava... till just warm. . Should feel hot to touch.
Switch off gas.
Add butter and salt.
Leave it till the butter melts.
Add water to make pliable dough.
Take small balls. . Roll it into tubes. Then join the two ends to make the kodabales.
Deep fry.
Yummy and crunchy.
