Mitta gallele Avaale (Brinned Gooseberries) Kadi - Rajani Dinesh Kamath

Heat a Griddle, add 2Tsp oil, add 2Tsp jeera and 8-10 black Pepper Corns When They Splutter add 3-4 flakes of Garlic crushed and 3-4 green Chillies Fry for a minute n switch off the Flame. Allow it to cool. Grind this with 3-4Tsp of coconut grated. At the end add brinned Gooseberries (avaale) n grind to coarse texture masala. Add salt if needed. Add water to required consistency. Bring it to a boil n season it with Mustards n curry leaves. Serve it with hot rice .. ..
