Cabbage Jhunka

Cabbage Jhunka - Priya r Shenoy

Cut cabbage n onion(onion is optional) make Phann of jeera haldi red chilli powder., and hing.add cut onions fry a lil..add cabbage, cook till tender... Now sprinkle little by little besan and oil turn by turn.. On a high flame so that the extra water gets evaporated and cabbage gets a crispy texture with coating of besan ....
