Stir Fried Crunchy Munchy Salad - Suman Bhat

Cut length wise some carrots purple cabbage capsicum onions and tomatoes .In a kadai take a tbsp oil saute some nuts and keep aside.In the remaining oil add a tsp of ginger garlic green chilli paste some salt pepper and then the onions and saute till half done then add the veges and stir fry on full flame till its all well mixed but let the veges remain crunchy .U can add sauces of ur choice to make it tangy sweet or sour...I just added a lil bit of chilli sauce before stir frying the veges. Garnish with the roasted nuts and coriander leaves and serve hot and crisp.
