Sprouted Moong Idli - Prajna Pai Prabhu
Ingredients:
1 cup urad dhal2 cups idli rava1 cup sprouted moong1 tablespoon green chillies1 tablespoon ginger

Method:
Soak 1 cup of urad dhal for 3-4 hours.Drain the water and grind the urad dhal,Meanwhile wash measured idli rava.Mix them together and ferment them overnight.Next morning grind sprouted moong,green chillies and garlic coarsely and add to the batter,along with required salt.Once done add little water like regualr idli consistency ,little pouring but not thick nor thin.Pour them into mould and steam them for 15 minutes or until done.
