Paneer Pepper Fry

Paneer Pepper Fry - Nishmitha Bhandarkar

Recipe:

For batter: add equal amount of corn starch and rice powder and then add Lil maida, add 1 tbsp of turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and garam masala powder. Mix well. Add Lil water and it should be bit thick ... now add paneer and coat with masala very gently. . Then fry it in very hot oil...

Method:
Take a pan add 3-4 green chillies then add curry leaves and later add butter and sauté it for few mins..then add coriander pr, chilly pr and lots of pepper pr put bit salt (as we have already added salt while frying paneer.).. now add fried paneer and toss it well till it coats...lastly add coriander leaves and squeeze some lemon water...... toss once again.... serve hot.... paneer pepper fry s ready
