Chicken Pasanda - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Recipe:

Marinate chicken pieces with salt + turmeric pd + red chilli pd for 1/2 hr.. Heat 2 tbsp oil in kadai ( for 1/2 kg chicken ) n fry chopped green chillies , garlic n onions and curry leaves till brown n curry leaves r crispy .. now add cumin + coriander + pepper + cloves + cinnamon powders.. add 2 tbsp tamarind pulp n mix well now add the marinated chicken n coat the masala well.. cover n cook on a very slow fire till done..
