Recipe:
par boil the vegy of your choice. i have used carrot, mutter, beans, potato, mushrooms, capsicum and paneer. drain from water and then make a marination. for marination take abit thick curds, ginger garlic gchilly paste, garam masala, termaric powder, chilly powder, corinder powder, kasuri methi, salt, sugar, oil. mix this well with the par boiled vegy and then keep aside for around 2hours in fridge. then take the marinated vegy in a pan with some oil and fry them till they get slight brown. once you are done take them aside. in the same pan take some oil add zeera and add a paste of ginger garlic, onion, tomatoes. put this paste and fry well till oil seprates. add some milk to it and then add chilly powder if required and. fry well again till it gets thick. add the fried vegy and give a mix. add little water. add salt again if required. add alil sugar. and let it to boil. finally add some fresh cream and then its ready to serve with roti..
