Mint Palav

Mint Palav  -  Maya Prabhu

Recipe:

Grind a bunch of Mint leaves (sauteed in oil till raw smell goes),Coriander leaves (optional),Ginger, green chillies,coconut with some water. 
Heat oil in a pan, add clove,cinnamon,elachi,bay leaf,sliced onion, and fry well. then add a pinch of haldi and diced potaoes and fry it for 3-4mins. 
Then Add the ground mixture,cooked peas, salt, cooked rice and mix well. Cover lid and let it cook on low flame. Add lemon juice mix well and serve with raita.
