Recipe:
Marinate 1/2kg chicken in a cup of yoghurt,Turmeric pd,salt for minimum 2hrs ..cook and keep aside.
Grind 20 red chillies,
Tamarind,
11/2tbsp coriander seeds,
1/2tsp methi seeds,
1tsp jeera,
8garlic seeds,
Fry masala in 2tbsp ghee for 10 mins add chicken & cook for 5mins garnish with coriander leaves & lemon juice.
