Recipe:

grind coconut, tamarind, and bhajjile bedgi mirchi with very less water...then add salt and jaggery....add the spring onions just when u r ready to shallow fry by dipping in rava....coz spring onions mast udda sodta...after mixing with salt....these cutlets r delicate
