Recipe
1Cup urad dal
1 cup Boiled rice
2 cups raw Rice
1/2 cup channa dal
1 tbsp Tur dal
1 tbsp Methi seeds
Method
Soak all the ingredients together in water for 6 hours .
Grind into smooth paste .
Leave it to ferment overnite.
Add salt in the morning and mix well.
Spread yummy Dosa . To prepare masala dosa prepare potato bhaji and chutney. For Mysore masala, prepare red chutney.
Masala Dosa needs to be roasted on only one side.
Serve hot with Potato Bhajji and chutney.
