Ponsa Idli

Ponsa Idli - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Method:

Soak 1 cup white rice for 1 hr. drain n grind to rawa consistency.. grind 1/2 coconut + salt to fine paste.. add 25 nos. of ponsa gharo big ones n grind till smooth.. now mix with the rice rawa n add jaggery as per your taste.. leave it for 1 hr.. n steam like regular idlies .. can also add raisins n cashews too.
