Honey Sesame Potato Chilly

Honey Sesame Potato Chilly - Nandini Kini

INGREDIENTS:

15 nos boiled baby potatoes
5 tsp oil + oil for deep frying
2 onions cut into cubes
8 garlic cloves finely chopped
4-5 tsp CHING'S RED CHILLI SAUCE
3 tsp CHING'S SOYA SAUCE
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp honey
2 tsp corn flour(mix in 1/4 cup water)
1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Salt to taste
Chopped spring onion greens for garnishing

PROCEDURE:

Parboil potatoes ,peel, toss with little salt and deep fry into light brown colour
In a saucepan heat oil and saute garlic,onion cubes (separate the onion layers)
Put the sauces,vinegar, corn flour slury and mix well
When it becomes thick add fried potatoes,honey ,salt to taste toss well
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped spring onion greens Serve hot with any rice or noodles
