Dahi Murg

Recipe

Marinate 1/2kg chicken in one cup curds turmeric pd & salt for half an hr
Grind one onion ginger garlic
5green chillies 1/2tsp pepper
Heat oil in a kadai fry some methi leaves add masala and fry for 5mins.....
Add chicken 1/2tsp garam masala some pudina leaves cook.. Add 1/2tsp corn flour dissolved in water switch off the stove after one boil..Garnish with coriander leaves
