2.Do not add all the water at once, as this may form lumps.
3We have to make a batter with ‘Thin’ or ‘Pouring’ consistency. So, adjust the amount of water accordingly.
4.Once the batter is ready….keep it aside.
5.Heat a non stick pan and drizzle few drops of oil
6.Pour a ladle full of batter on the pan . Remember ….this batter would not spread uniformly on the pan since it has a ‘Thin Consistancy’. So, basically….it would make a ‘Net Like’ or ‘Jaalidaar’ dosa.
7. Cook on medium heat till the sides become golden.
‘Godhuma Dosa’ is ready. Serve with your favorite chutney, sambhar or curry.
Sunayana’s Tips –
1.As this is a …..‘Thin Crepe Like Dosa’, so you don’t need to cook on the other side. But, if you prefer to have an ‘Extra Crisp Dosa’ then cook on the other side as well.
2.For some modifications…..add some finely chopped ‘Onion’ or vegetables of your choice.
