Recipe

Cut the cauliflower only the florets... clean in salt water n dry... the masala is ginger + garlic + green chilli paste, salt, maida, red chilli pd,, Prepare the batter out of this , little thick like ...almost our dosa batter type.. dip the florets n deep fry,till crisp,, In another kadai , heat oil add the chopped garlic n fry add spring onions n fry add green chilli sauce, soya sauce n tomato Ketchup fry till the water evaporates n syrup becomes thick now mix the fried florets, garnish with coriander leaves..
