Elumichai Satham - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Recipe

Prepare rice before hand..
Heat ghee in a pan .. add mustard seeds..when they splutter add chana daal, urid daal, green chillies and curry leaves.. fry groundnuts and cashews ( optional ) too.. in this seasoning add the lemon juice n cook for 2 mins.. now mix this to the rice with salt ..can also garnish with chopped corainder leaves..
