Chitte Panna Podi

Mix urad dal powder,rice flour, hing, chilli powder, tamarind paste, salt as per taste with little water and make a thick paste. Then apply this on the leaf. same way keep applying it on 7 to 8 leaves and roll it out like you do for regular pathrado. Set this log in freezer for around 20 min and then cut it out to thin slices and then dust some rice flour both the sides and then deep fry them till light brown. enjoy hot. (you can even shallow fry them on tawa. i have tried it out & came out good)
