Button Crispy Puri

Recipe:

1/2cup urid daal fry nicely till golden brown and make fine powder.In a vessel take 2cup maida, urid powder 2tbs hot oil, 2tbs butter, 1/4 geera and 1/4tbs chilli powder (for kids chilly powder not required), salt using water make firm dough. Keep it aside for 1hr.
Later make big lemon size ball out of the dough and flatter it using chapati roll than using some small sharp edge ring or else small vessel, press chapati and cut out a neat round shaped disc. This will be easier way...another way to make cut some plastic sheet into square shaped n spread oil over this take a small ball of the dough and flatten them to make a circular shape on the plastic sheet.
Heat oil in a pan deep fry these discs till crisp.
Let it cool to room temperature and than can store it in air tight containers.
