Temple Chitranna

Temple Chitranna - Nandini Kini
Make rice and keep aside. then roast some chana dhal , coriander seeds, few pepper corns, lil black til spereately and then grind this with some fresh coconut and some tamarind and red chillies and the roasted ingredients dry without adding water.then take a pan add some oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, peanuts and then the masala and then thr rice and salt to taste mix well, ur chitranna is ready.
